EJLF Advocacy Days

“Fighting for Health and Justice” Advocacy Days

Environmental Justice Leadership Forum’s 2025 “Fighting for Health and Justice” Advocacy Days will be held in Washington, DC, from November 4-5, 2025. The days bring together EJLF members to advocate for policies that will advance the fight for environmental justice and provide the members with the opportunity to speak truth to power. The advocacy days will include a press conference and meetings on the Hill to highlight our policy priorities, a panel on community-based, participatory research, a special strategy session on cumulative impacts, and welcome reception.

Fighting for health & justice

EJLF’s policy priorities include advocating for their local environmental justice issues, the need for Congress to stand up for our communities, and the environmental justice movement as a whole in this politically hostile moment, as well as to push for stronger regulations that protect the public health and safety for all of our communities. Through storytelling and relationship building, our EJLF members will strengthen our partnerships with Congress and push towards tangible, concrete environmental justice solutions, such as legislation like the Environmental Justice for All Act.
